Promoting the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery.

Our mission is to promote the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery through scientific discussions, lectures, symposiums, and the exchange of ideas, practices and techniques among our members.

The Hamilton County Veterinary Medical Association is a not-for-profit organization that was formed over 50 years ago by veterinarians in Hamilton County Tennessee. Today the association has over 100 members and 40 animal hospitals in Hamilton County and the surrounding areas.

The purpose of our association is to advance the science and art of veterinary medicine in order to protect and improve the health of the pets and residents of the city of Chattanooga, Hamilton County and surrounding areas in both Tennessee and Georgia.
